WORTHINGTON — A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of Mark Daniel Stewart, 28, of Hills, who is accused of burglary, intentional damage to property, trespassing and fleeing a peace officer on foot.
Mark Urban Balk was born on April 24, 1956 in Adrian, Minnesota to Lloyd and Mildred (Lais) Balk. He attended school at Our Lady Of Good Council Catholic School through the sixth grade. Mark worked at Scholtes Store delivering groceries in Wilmont during his high school years and graduated from Worthington High School in 1974.
