Leigh Renae Van Hove and Scott Arden Simpson married June 1 at American Reformed Church, Worthington, with the Rev. Irwin Van Leeuwen officiating.
Parents of the couple are Dan and Beth Van Hove and Keri and John Larson, all of Worthington, and Steve and Jamie Simpson, Harrisburg, S.D.
Matron of honor was Emily Fischer. Bridesmaids were Andrea Rau, Shaelee Boender and Sheri Brouwer. Personal attendants were Bethany Swart, and Jen Hegstad.
Best man was Adam Munkle. Groomsmen were Koby Lursen, Tyler Lursen and Tyler Van Hove.
Ring bearers were Will Crane and Andrew Crane. Honorary flower girl was Julia Swart. Ushers were Grant Hegstad, Greg Hegstad, Drew Peters and Derek Peters.
Music was provided by Ashley Wielenga, pianist; and Craig Hayenga, vocalist.
The reception was in the church fellowship hall.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Worthington High School and a May 2013 graduate of Northwestern College. She is a employed as a multimedia sales consultant at the Daily Globe.
The groom is a 2010 graduate of Worthington High School and a 2012 graduate of Alexandria Technical & Community College. He is employed as a jailer at the Prairie Justice Center, Worthington.
Following a wedding trip to northern Minnesota, they live in Wilmont.
