Tammy Kolander and Eric Bremer were married May 31 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Lakefield, with the Rev. John Schuetz officiating.

Parents of the couple are Ron and Cheryl Kolander, Lakefield, and Tom and Lois Bremer, Ocheyedan, Iowa.

Maids of honor were Kasey Kolander and Kimberly Kolander. Flower girls were Mackenzie Bass and Paula Dykstra. Personal attendant was Karen Schwartz

Best man was Brian Patterson. Groomsman was Philip Krogman.

Ushers were Teresa Gravatt and Wade Aukes.

Music was provided by Valerie Bremer, organist; and Garrett Geesman, vocalist.

The bride has bachelor’s degrees in plant science and microbiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a master’s degree in plant pathology from the University of Minnesota. She is currently employed as a scientist/project leader in research and development at Newport Laboratories, Worthington.

The groom has an associate’s degree in farm and diesel technology from Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg, Iowa. He is currently employed as a mechanic at Jaycox Implement, Worthington.  

They live in Worthington.
