Worthington resident, dentist accused of inappropriately touching inmates at South Dakota jail

Minivan vaults over roundabout Sunday

WORTHINGTON — A Windom resident was traveling southbound on Minnesota 60 in a 2000 Ford Winstar Sunday when his vehicle vaulted over the northerly roundabout.

The minivan came to rest on the south side of the roundabout at 3:50 a.m., according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Driver Jose Antonio Quintero, 42, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Sanford Worthington Medical Center. State Patrol suspects alcohol was involved.

The Worthington Police Department and Worthington Fire Department assisted at the scene. It’s the second such incident in as many months — an RV was videotaped flying over the same roundabout in early November.
