Scott Nordby of Compeer Financial presents a $3,000 county fair upgrade grant to Katie Klosterbuer, Nobles County 4-H Program Coordinator, for improvements to the Nobles County Fairgrounds. They are surrounded by Nobles County 4-H'ers and adult volunteers. The funds helped pay for new swine show stalls in Olson Arena, as well as new boards around the show ring, vent cleaning in McCarvel Hall, new locks, hinges, small kitchen appliances and more.
