WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 4:11 p.m. Thursday for an adult male who was having a seizure.

Crashes

CHANDLER — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a crash reported at 8:41 a.m. Thursday from the intersection of Minnesota 91 and Murray County 4. A 1990 Buick Park Avenue operated by William Dekruif, 89, of Chandler was stopped at a stop sign and proceeded to turn north onto Minnesota 91. A 2005 International semi operated by Kyle J. Miller, 25, of Porter was traveling southbound, and the vehicles collided. Miller sustained a life-threatening injury and was taken to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. Dekruif had a non-life-threatening injury and was taken to Murray County Medical Center, Slayton.

LISMORE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car-vs.deer crash reported at 9:50 p.m. Thursday from Nobles County 18.

LITTLE ROCK, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch Thursday in the 1600 block of Lily Avenue. Efrain Maldonado-Rivera of Worthington had been traveling northbound on Lily Avenue when he lost control on loose gravel, causing the 1995 Honda Accord he was driving to enter the east ditch and roll. The vehicle was a total loss; Maldonado-Rivera was uninjured. Maldonado-Rivera was cited for failure to maintain control and operation without a valid license.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of trespassing at 1:47 p.m. Friday from the 1000 block of First Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of forged prescriptions at 2:48 p.m. Friday from the 1000 block of Ryan’s Road.
