Two charged after burglary

PRIMGHAR, Iowa —Two Primghar residents were arrested Thursday after a report of a burglary at Legends Pub in Primghar.

On Wednesday, the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at the pub, where an undisclosed amount of money was reported stolen.

Nolan Harms, 31, and Nicole Harms, 32, were arrested Thursday after a search warrant was served at their residence, where money, drugs and other evidence of the burglary was seized.

They were booked into the O’Brien County Jail Thursday. They were charged with burglary, a class D felony, and possession of methamphetamines, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

They are currently held on a $5,000 bond each in the O’Brien County Jail.
