Letter: Remember the forgotten; have reverence for life
By Tom and Pat Wallace, Worthington
A good deal of effort is being made to welcome immigrants to Worthington who are seeking a better life. Yes, they face challenges, but they have life. That is much more than aborted babies have. Abortion has destroyed their lives that began at conception, and without life nothing is possible.
These aborted babies seem to be the forgotten. Perhaps if as much effort was made to save their lives as is made to help others have a better life, both would benefit.
“How are we to build a new humanity? Reverence for life. Existence depends more on reverence for life than the law or the prophets.” — author unknown
