Wednesday sports roundup: T-M-B rallies past Adrian in baseball
T-M-B 11, Adrian 10
TRACY -- After a crazy seventh inning, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton emerged an 11-10 winner Wednesday in a high school baseball contest against Adrian.
The Dragons scored five runs in the top of the seventh inning to take a 10-5 lead, but the Panthers scored six runs in the bottom of the seventh to win, 11-10.
Brandon Schnoor hit a two-out bases-loaded three-run double for Adrian in the top of the seventh, and Ian Stamer singled home two more. But on defense, the Dragons committed three errors in the bottom of the seventh to contribute to T-M-B's victory. Caleb Nordsiden hit a two-run single on a 1-2 pitch for a walk-off.
Landon Rogers had two hits and two RBIs for Adrian in the game. Schnoor had three RBIs while Brent Hokeness and Ian Stamer both had two.
Moses Dolan went 3-for-3 for the Panthers and teammate Griffen Redke had two hits.
Rogers took the pitching loss, though he allowed no earned runs in 1.1 innings. Dolan was the winner.

PIPESTONE -- The Luverne boys beat Windom Area 172-192, and the Luverne girls beat Windom Area 198-204 in a high school golf meet in Pipestone.
The Cardinals' Coy Gonnerman struck a 36 for boys medalist honors. Teammates Carter Stemper (42) and Will Stegenga and Cooper Arends (47 each) helped the LHS cause. For Windom Area, Tylan Porath carded 42 while Parker Alvstad and Jackson Roll both had 49 and Nick Nolt a 52.
Windom Area's Paige Pigman was girls medalist with a 39. Allie Ward helped the Eagles' cause with a 45. For Luverne, Hannah Ver Steeg (45), Samantha Pierce (45), Anna Huisman (53) and Paige Sandbulte (55) scored.
