The beautiful spring weather on Wednesday had customers flocking to the VIP Garden Center with thoughts of seasonal planting. Cindy Vogel of VIP, shown here watering the flowers, said the windless day was a great day to get gardens in the ground. "Everybody wants to plants now," she stated. "It's a perfect day."
