Estherville, Iowa, woman drowns in Okoboji
OKOBOJI, Iowa -- A 26-year-old Estherville, Iowa, woman was found dead early Sunday as a result of a drowning on East Lake Okoboji. The Dickinson County Communications Center received a 911 call at 1:52 a.m. Sunday reporting a person missing from a boat in East Lake Okoboji.
