Santa gave an impromptu haircut Tuesday to Kolton Robinson, 4, son of Neal and Anna Robinson. According to Kolton’s mom, Kolton doesn’t like getting his haircut, and last year came up with the idea that only Santa Claus would be allowed to cut his hair. So when the tyke came face to face with the Jolly Ol’ Elf, he allowed him to snip off a few strands of his hair, with a cookie in hand to ease the pain. Beth Rickers/Daily Globe
