Freezing drizzle, rain to turn to snow

The little blue spring horse at Church Park has had a belly full of snow this year, and is up to his belly in it, also. He was probably hoping the groundhog would not see his shadow Tuesday, but, alas, it was not to be. After Monday's snowfall, it was pretty safe to assume there would be at least six more weeks of winter.
