Sibley man charged with criminal sexual conduct
The Nobles County Attorney’s Office have filed charges against a Sibley, Iowa man accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile last May. Sirjio M. Bluearm, 34, has been charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim between 13 and 15 years old.
