WORTHINGTON — Relay for Life of Nobles County is doing a Godfather’s Pizza fundraiser. Pizzas can be ordered from now until Tuesday. There is a set fee for each pizza, with a reduced price for five or more. Pickup will be from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 16 and 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 18 at the American Reformed Church, 1720 N. Burlington Ave., Worthington. Pizzas are one-topping, 12-inch, original-crust pizzas. Toppings are pepperoni, cheese, beef, ham or sausage. WORTHINGTON — The second concert of the season for the Worthington Concert Association will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Auditorium Performing Arts Center. Trio Matisse is a flute, cello and harp trio, which gets its inspiration from the bright and expressive colors found in French painter Henri Matisse’s works. Based in Minneapolis, the members of Trio Matisse have performed throughout North America, Europe and parts of Asia. The group’s musical selections range from Debussy to Appalachian folk music to popular tunes. Admission is by season membership only.
WORTHINGTON — All members of King Turkey Day Inc. are invited to attend the 2013 annual meeting Friday at Worthington Country Club. Social time begins at 6 p.m., with the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Membership, as defined in the bylaws, is such persons, natural or corporate, who contribute to and assist in the conduct of any of the promotional activities by this corporation. The meeting consists of reports on this year’s celebration, election of officers, new members of the board of directors and comments concerning the 2013 celebration.

WORTHINGTON — Sanford Health Cancer Center in Worthington has received a new art installation. Every piece was made either entirely by or with the help of a cancer survivor.
WORTHINGTON — A charter bus to transport individuals Sunday to the 111th annual St. Olaf Choral Day is being made available to the public. The Worthington High School Concert Choir will be performing at the event, which will take place on the St. Olaf campus in Northfield. The bus will leave the WHS parking lot at noon Sunday. The concert, featuring more than 1,300 singers, will be at 4 p.m., and departure from Northfield will be at approximately 6 p.m. with estimated arrival back in Worthington at 9:30 pm. A boxed supper from Arby’s is included in the price.
Accidents LITTLE ROCK, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated a motor vehicle accident Monday in the 4400 block of 130th Street, two miles northwest of Little Rock. A 2002 Volvo truck and trailer operated by Cory Peters, Little Rock, was backing up on a private drive when it struck a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle owned by Ean Holdings LLC. There was no damage to the Volvo; the Volkswagen sustained approximately $4,000 in damages. No injuries were reported. Ambulance WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:55 p.m.
