HUDSON, Wis. - All States Ag Parts LLC announced Thursday that it has acquired Dyke’s Auto Salvage of Worthington.

The current owner of Dyke’s Auto Salvage, Richard Dyke, is looking forward to retirement after

several decades of salvaging cars and trucks.

“This is a great acquisition for us,” said Jeff Griggs, COO of All States Ag Parts, in a press release. “We are aggressively growing, and a location in southwest Minnesota helps us toward our goal of having a brick-and-mortar location within a reasonable driving distance of most farmers.”

Griggs said All States will remove the autos and trucks currently on site and then begin the process of stocking salvage tractors, combines, planters, skid steers and other ag equipment for take-off used parts.

“In addition to the used parts located at the new yard, customers will have easy access to our used inventory at one of All States’ Ag Parts nine other locations,” Griggs said.

“We’ll also stock a line of new aftermarket and remanufactured parts at our Worthington location,” added Chad Bagby, All States’ purchased products division manager.

All employees at Dyke’s Auto Salvage will be offered similar positions with All States Ag Parts.
