SIBLEY, Iowa -- Eileen Grave, Osceola and Lyon County Clerk of Court, has been named the recipient of the Meritorious Service Award for Clerk of Court Office.
The honor is one of several 2009 Iowa Judicial Branch Awards announced earlier this month.
According to the Iowa Supreme Court website, Grave was recognized "for her efforts to improve efficiencies in two clerk of court offices by pooling resources. She also worked to bring court records up to date and created a network of other clerks with multiple-county responsibility for mutual problem solving."
She has been employed by the Judicial Branch of Iowa since 1978.
