WINDOM -- The Business, Arts & Recreation Center Education Connection program will offer a three-day Portraits in Oil Workshop from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. July 15-17 in room 105, BARC, 1012 Fifth Ave., Windom.
The workshop will introduce participants to the method of creating heirloom portraits. Instructor is portrait artist Linda Stobbs. There is a fee for the class.
