Cover crops webinar is Jan. 29

WORTHINGTON — University of Minnesota presents “Cover Crops: Matching Your Management Strategies and Goals,” the third session in the new “Strategic Farming — Optimizing Management for 2020” webinar series. The webinar is from noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 29. To register, visit

The primary target audience for the series is farmers, but all interested ag professionals, agency personnel, educators, etc. are welcome to participate.

The webinars are recorded and will be available at a later date. The first in the series, A back to basics approach to nutrient management, is now available on the Strategic Farming webpage and others will be added soon.

Additional webinars in the series are planned from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 13 and Feb. 27.
