CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Bauer Financial has announced that First State Bank Southwest, Worthington, has received a 5-Star Superior rating.
The rating (based on Sept. 30, 2013 financial data) indicates that First State Bank Southwest is one of the strongest banks in the nation, and a dependable and financially sound community bank. First State Bank Southwest has earned this rating for 25 consecutive quarters.
“While banks may look alike on the surface, community banks like First State Bank Southwest are community partners,” said Karen L. Dorway, president of the rating firm. “By keeping deposits local and focusing on the success of the communities in which it does business, First State Bank Southwest thrives where other banks have faltered.”
