ST. CLOUD - Marco Inc. has acquired Twin Cities-based TelePro Communications Inc. to expand the technology services to its clients.
TelePro is a telecom carrier agent that recommends and supports services from a number of local, long distance, Internet and data providers across the United States. It currently serves approximately 2,500 customers.
“We have had a relationship with TelePro for over 10 years, so we appreciate their commitment to client satisfaction and the quality of services provided,” Marco CEO Jeff Gau said. “This is our 17th acquisition and one of our most strategic to date as it continues to expand our portfolio of managed services. It also allows us to provide even more value-added services to our client-base.”
TelePro’s services compliment Marco’s current voice, data and managed services solutions.
TelePro will operate as a division of Marco and will retain the TelePro name. Its employees will continue to operate from their current Plymouth location.
