WORTHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is temporarily restricting in-person visits at the Worthington Service Center due to elevated rates of coronavirus community spread. However, USDA employees continue to assist ag producers with programs and services.
Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) staff will continue to work with producers by phone, email and other digital tools like Microsoft Teams, Box and OneSpan. Producers can learn more about these tools at farmers.gov/mydocs.
Anyone wishing to conduct business with the FSA, NRCS, or any other Service Center agency is required to call to schedule a phone appointment.
