Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by Jeff Harms, Director of Facilities, Minnesota West Community and Technical College until 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Administration Building, Room 207, at the Worthington Campus of Minnesota West Community and Technical College, 1450 Collegeway, Worthington, MN 56187, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Driveway Exit Modifications.

Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc., dated February 13, 2012.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Labor Standards and Wages requirements of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 177.
Bids shall be directed to Jeff Harms, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR Minnesota West Community and Technical College Driveway Exit Modifications."
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
