BIGELOW — The Bigelow Fire Department will take part in a parade through this community beginning at 2 p.m. Sunday.
"We just want to show people that we're here for them right now," Bigelow Fire Department Chief Steve Hohensee said. "We want to let people know that we're still out here if they need us."
Those participating in the parade are asked to meet at the fire hall at 1 p.m. Sunday. Hohensee said Friday afternoon that he hoped a representative of the Nobles County Sheriff's Office had been invited to lead the procession.
