NOTICE TO BIDDERS - Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Nobles County, Minnesota, at the office of the County Administrator, until 1:30 o'clock P.M., December 15, 2009, for the following work.
1.) S.A.P. 53-611-03 (County State Aid Highway 11 (Ahlers Av) located over the Norwegian Creek between Sections 29 and 30-T101N-R43W, Grand Prairie Township.
The major quanities are: 180 Lin. Ft. PCC Box Culvert; 6 each PCC Box Culvert End Sections; 2,050 c.y. of Select Granular Borrow; 625 c.y. of Aggregate Base; 135 c.y. of Course Filter Aggregate; 240 c.y. of Random Rip-Rap;
Plans, specifications and proposal blanks must be obtained at the office of the County Public Works Department, 960 Diagonal Road, P.O. Box 187, Worthington, Minnesota, 56187. Cost per set of plans for all projects and proposal - $20 counter: $25.00 mailed; and cost of proposal only $20. A check made payable to the Nobles County Auditor-Treasurer must be sent with the order.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond payable to the County Treasurer of Nobles County, Minnesota, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
