CAL to offer 12-week strength, fitness program

Classes begin Jan. 31

WORTHINGTON — The Center for Active Living, in partnership with A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota, will host SAIL “Stay Active and Independent for Life” classes from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays from Jan. 31 through April 25, at the CAL, 211 11th St., Worthington.

The 12-week (24 sessions) SAIL classes are a strength, balance and fitness program led by experienced and skilled instructors. The exercises have been tested with older adults.
