End-of-school pool party is Friday at Y

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Area YMCA will host an end-of-the-school year pool party on Friday.

The free event is open to all kids in kindergarten through fifth grade and will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Free hot dogs, chips and drink will be available while supplies last, and there will be music and additional summer fun.

Both the indoor and outdoor pools will be open (weather permitting). Children 7 and under must have and adult accompany them. Transportation must be provided (buses will not stop at the Y).

The event is made possible by the Strong Kids Fund and the Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation.
