Currie's Out of the Darkness walk is Oct. 6

CURRIE — The fourth annual Walk of Darkness event, which raises money to help fund suicide prevention programs, will take place Oct. 6 at the End O’ Line Railroad Park and Museum.

Check-in begins at 9 a.m., and the two-hour walk begins at 10 a.m.

Walkers can sign up at afsp.org/currie. Over the past three years, the event has raised approximately $33,000 to help suicide prevention program.
