WORTHINGTON — Early Risers Kiwanis will hold a fundraiser this weekend for the planned all-inclusive playground to be installed in Chautauqua Park.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Fareway parking lot, the playground committee will offer a box lunch of a hot dog, chips, cookie and soda or water, in exchange for a freewill offering. For an additional charge, children may paint a pumpkin.
During the event, attendees will hear information about the playground and have the opportunity to make a donation toward the project.
