WORTHINGTON - The Center for Active Living will host a presentation on nutritious snacking at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the CAL, 211 11th St.

 

The presentation taking place in observance of National Nutrition Month, a time to celebrate the benefits of healthy eating. Darlene DeWitt, registered dietitian for Avera Medical Group Worthington, will demonstrate how to make snacks that taste great and good for you. Attendees will have the opportunity to get easy snack ideas and free food samples.
