‘Home Stretch’ workshop is Jan. 11

WORTHINGTON — The Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership will offer a one-day Homebuyer Education “Home Stretch” workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 11 at the Worthington West Learning Center.

The workshop involves local experts who teach workshop participants about the mortgage approval process, budget and credit issues, real estate, basic home maintenance and other topics.
