Honorary turkey, parade marshal named at mixer

WORTHINGTON — The 2019 King Turkey Day honorary turkey and parade marshal were announced Thursday at the King Turkey Day mixer — as is customary — at Pioneer Village.

Named as co-honorary turkeys this year are Mike and Deb Thiner. This year's parade marshal is Ron Hallstrom.

King Turkey Day is Saturday in Worthington, while a host of other activities are scheduled for Friday night.
