NOTICE PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 113 OF THE CITY CODE OF WORTHINGTON, NOBLES COUNTY, MINNESOTA , so the definition of Farmers market shall include “handmade, or home-crafted products” in its definition.
which proposed ordinance was given its first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council on Monday, June 9, 2014.
Said proposed ordinance will again be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, June 23, 2014 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street of said City.
