The City of Worthington Planning Commission will hold one public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, for the purpose of considering the following Planning Commission business:
- Variance - WJTF Investments has submitted a variance application for the property they own at 607/609 10th Street. Approval of the variance would reduce the required number of off-street parking stalls from 10 stalls to the 6 stalls proposed by the applicant in conjunction with its redevelopment plans for the subject property. The legal description of the subject property under consideration is as follows:
The northwest 75 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 28, Plat of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, at City Hall, 303 Ninth St., Worthington, Minnesota, at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
At the hearing, the Planning Commission will hear staff's report and public testimony and may take action. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
