NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUNTY OF NOBLES
STATE OF MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing has been called and will be held in and for Nobles County, Minnesota, on Wednesday, the 24th day of March, 2010 to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Nobles County Public Works Facility, 960 Diagonal Road, Worthington, MN 56187, for the purpose of considering the approval or denial by the Nobles County Commissioners of plans for the physical development of the area of said County outside the incorporate limits of municipalities, such plans specifically to include:
3B Farms LLC, Adrian, MN a conditional use permit for construction of a 70' x 202' cattle confinement barn with pit below. Public hearing is required under Section 725.13 an existing feedlot is expanded over total operation of 1,000 A.U. and when permitted separation distances cannot be met. This parcel of land is located in the SW ¼ SE ¼ & SE ¼ SW 1/4, Section 25, Twp 103, Range 43 (Lismore Township).

Lane Bullerman, Adrian, MN for a conditional use permit for the construction of a 40' x 750' extension on east side of existing barn. Public hearing is required under Section 725.13 an existing feedlot expanding to over 1,000 animal units and when permitted separation distances cannot be met. This parcel of land is located in the NE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 7, Township 101, Range 42 (Little Rock Township).
Such public hearing to there commence and be concluded at such time or therefore as such hearing may be continued from time to time, and if you know of any interested person or persons who did not receive written notification of said hearing, it would be appreciated if you inform them of said hearing. If you cannot attend said hearing, this office will receive all comments verbal and/or written. Such hearing to be conducted by the Nobles County Planning Commission, which Commission has heretofore reviewed the said item stated as the subject of said hearing all pursuant to and consistent with the authority of Minnesota Statute 394.26(2), (1979) and otherwise in such cases provided by law.
