Notice to bidders- Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Nobles County, Minnesota, at the office of the County Administrator, until 1:30 o’clock P.M. August 4, 2014 for the following work.
1) S.A.P. 053-599-188, County Project No. 9020, (Seward Township, (110th Street)) located 15 miles north and 3/4 mile west of Worthington, MN, being approximately 0.133 miles in length.
2) S.A.P. 53-617-005, (C.S.A.H. 17, (Dayton Avenue)) located 5 miles south of Adrian, MN, being approximately 0.076 miles in length
3) S.A.P. 53-601-020, (C.S.A.H. 1 (Wass Avenue)) located 5 miles north of Brewster, MN, being approximately 0.066 miles in length

Plans, specifications and proposal blanks must be obtained at the office of the County Public Works Department, 960 Diagonal Road, P.O. Box 187, Worthington, Minnesota, 56187. Cost per set of plans for all projects and proposal - $45 counter: $50.00 mailed. A check made payable to the Nobles County Auditor-Treasurer must be sent with the order. Plans and proposal may be downloaded by contacting the Nobles County Public Works office at (507) 295-5322, there is no charge for downloaded Plans and Proposals.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder’s bond payable to the County Treasurer of Nobles County, Minnesota, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
