ROUND LAKE - The Southwest Regional Development Commission will host its annual meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday at Round Lake Vineyard & Winery.
Brad Finstad, state director for USDA Rural Development in Minnesota is the guest speaker, discussing the importance of innovation, partnerships and infrastructure in regional development.
