WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Fire Department is looking for face masks to help protect local and area residents against the novel coronavirus.
First United Methodist Church has a collection bin on behalf of the fire department. It’s located inside its Fourth Avenue entrance, and masks may be dropped from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.
Area individuals who have been making cloth face masks to donate to those in need are also invited to drop them off between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday at the Worthington Fire Hall.
