Painter David Newbatt of Aberdeen, Scotland, has been in Nobles County for the past week, painting a mural at the Nobles County Branch Library in Adrian last week. On Monday, he began a mural in the teen room at the Worthington library. Newblatt specializes in education through the visual arts and drama. He is in southwest Minnesota visiting family and offered his talents free of charge, asking only that a donation be made to a school on the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota.
