Katie Luitjens and Todd Larson, both of Knoxville, Tenn., announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Steve and Tracy Luitjens, Worthington, and Rob and Darla Larson, Spencer, Iowa.
Luitjens is a 2003 graduate of Worthington High School and 2008 graduate of Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, Iowa, with a triple major in international business, marketing and Spanish. She is currently pursuing a master's degree at the University of Sioux Falls and is employed by Bedford Industries Inc., Worthington.
Larson is a 2004 graduate of Spencer High School and 2007 graduate of Iowa Lakes Community College with a degree in business administration. He is employed by Coca-Cola, Knoxville.
They plan an Oct. 9 wedding.
