ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Proposals for the replacement of the front sidewalk at the Nobles County Prairie Justice Center, Worthington, MN, will be received at the Nobles County Administration office, Government Center, 315 Tenth Street, Worthington MN 56187 not later than 12:00 p.m. (C.D.T.), Thursday, April 30, 2020.

The project shall include all costs for the removal of the existing concrete sidewalk and replacing it with the new heated concrete sidewalk:

•Bids are to be per drawing and specifications by Falls Architect Studio,
LLC available by contacting Nobles County Administration at
administration@co.nobles.mn.us or 507.295.5201 for electronic copies
•The heating system will operate using the current boilers and a heat
exchanger system, as specified
•A start date and finish date are required with the proposal and will
be strongly considered in the contractor selection process

The County reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids or to negotiate an agreement in the best interests of the County and at the discretion of the Nobles County Board of Commissioners.
