City of Rushmore 2023 Board of Review—- Equalization Notice Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Review—-Equalization of the City of Rushmore in Nobles County, Minnesota, will meet at the Rushmore City Council Room, Rushmore City Hall, 136 N. Thompson Avenue at 2:30 P.M. o’clock, on Friday April 28, 2023 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said City of Rushmore for the year 2023. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to appeal that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No appeal that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or the agent, shall have been notified of such appeal.
