NOBLES COUNTY, MN COUNTY PROJECT BIDS CLOSE Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed electronic bids will be received via Nobles County BidVault https://mn-co-nobles.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding until 2:00 PM on April 18, 2023 for contract number 23003 which is for construction on: 9107 Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of Nobles County will publicly view bids at Nobles County Public Work’s office located at 960 Diagonal Rd, Worthington, MN 56187. The major quantities of work are APPROXIMATELY: 9107 3347 ROAD STATIONS of CLEAN AND SEAL BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT CRACKS 4677 ROAD STATIONS of JOINT LEVELING (MASTIC OR SLURRY LEVELING) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Nobles County shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Proposals, Plans and Specifications may be examined at the office of the County Engineer, 960 Diagonal Road Worthington, MN 56187. Plans and Proposal are available via Nobles County Bid Vault. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Auditor-Treasurer of Nobles County or a Corporate Bond made in favor of Nobles County for at least 5% of the amount bid.
