NOBLES COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT AN INTERIM ORDINANCE PLACING A MORATORIUM ON THE SALE OF EDIBLE CANNABINOID PRODUCTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 375.51 Subdivision 2, that the Nobles County Board of Commissioners intends to enact an interim ordinance placing a moratorium on the sale of edible cannabinoid products within Nobles County. The proposed ordinance will be considered at the regular meeting of the Nobles County Board of Commissioners scheduled 9 am Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the 3rd Floor Commissioners Room at the Nobles County Government Center, 315 10th Street, Worthington, MN 56187. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by visiting the Government Center between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, and is also available online at www.co.nobles.mn.us.
