NOBLES COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TAX ABATEMENT REQUEST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the school board of ISD 518 of Worthington, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on April 18, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m. to consider tax abatement requests from Joseph an Angela Joswiak, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.1813 and 116J.993 through 116J.995. The request is to abate 100% of the Schools portion of real estate taxes related to a single-family home construction on the subject properties for a period of 5 years as defined in the Nobles Home Initiative guidelines. The subject property is located at Auditor’s Plat address of 20408 Oliver Avenue, Reading, Minnesota, Nobles County, Minnesota.
