The Nobles County Library, 407 12th St., Worthington, is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Here’s what’s happening in children’s programming:
Preschool Story Time, 10 a.m. Wednesdays.
After School Programs, 3:30 to 4:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Grades K-5).
Just Gurlz, Thursdays after school until 4:45 p.m. (Grades 5+).
Wii Program, Mondays after school until 4:45 p.m. (Grades 5-9).
New Year’s Eve Party for grades K-5, 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 27. Please call the library to sign up.
Worthington library:

The Winter Reading Program will begin Jan. 1 and end March 31. Readers ages 16 and older are invited to stop by the library to sign up and get a punch card. Read 12 books and return the punch card to the library for a prize.
Adrian Branch library:
The Adrian Branch Library will be closed Wednesday for Christmas and Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day.
