Fun Fact: Did you know there are “Human Libraries” around the world? A Human Library has “books” that are humans; they even come with a book jacket and description. These “books” can be checked out for 20 minutes so the reader and their “book” can have a one-on-one conversation. Examples of Human Book topics are alcoholism, autism, homelessness, unemployment, religion, disabilities and much more. (Source: libraryguides.nau.edu/humanlibrary)
