The Nobles County Library, 407 12th St., Worthington, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Adrian Branch Library, 214 Maine Ave., Adrian, is open from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 5 p.m. Friday.
Children’s Programming in Worthington
Stop by the library or call 295-5340 to sign up for after school programs, as class size is limited. Programs include Just Gurlz for grades 5+, meeting after school until 4:45 p.m. Mondays starting Sept. 28; and Wii for grades 5-9, meeting two Mondays per month after school until 4:45 p.m., starting Sept. 21.
Story Time for preschool and younger is from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesdays.
After-school programs for grades K-5 are offered Tuesdays or Thursdays until 4:45 p.m.

In Worthington, children under 16 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (except during organized activities).
