Erin Schutte and Tyler Wadzinski were married Nov. 7, 2015, at the American Reformed Church, Worthington, with the Rev. Maria LaSala and the Rev. Bill Goettler officiating.
Parents of the couple are Paul and Lisa Schutte, Rushmore, and Ted and Brenda Wadzinski, Green Bay, Wis.
Maid of honor was Amy Vanderzee. Bridesmaids were Erika Schutte, Sofia Nimmerfelt, Stephanie Seller and Yilun Zhang. Personal attendants were Jenny Mammen and Keeli Standafer.
Best man was Jared Wadzinski. Groomsmen were Tyler Wied, Mike Hemes, Derek Rasmussen and Scott Vanderzee. Ushers were Chris Abts, Chris Cho, Jin Kim and Jamie Stark.
Ceremony music was provided by Melonie Vancura (pianist), Nancy Hofstee (organist), Kevin McDonald (violin), Cameron Jenson (trumpet), the Gospelaires Quartet (vocal), Jeanette Jenson (saxophone), and Erika Schutte (saxophone).
A reception and dance were at the Worthington Event Center, hosted by Kim Korthals and Ryan Hoffert. Music during the cocktail hour and dinner was provided by the Great Plains String Quartet.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Worthington High School and a 2012 graduate of Yale University. She is employed as the director of the Yale Young Global Scholars Program in the Office of International Affairs at Yale University. She also is a second-year law student at the University of Connecticut.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Green Bay Preble High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is in his fourth year of graduate school at Yale University, pursuing a Ph.D. in organic chemistry.
They live in New Haven, Conn.
