BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Just two and a half months after it was firebombed, the Dar Al Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington was vandalized and possibly burglarized Friday morning.

Two men approached the mosque between 2 and 3 a.m. Friday morning, according to the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Video from security cameras shows the men walking around the mosque, breaking windows and entering different offices, CAIR said.

“We ask anyone who has any information about this incident to call the Bloomington Police Department,” CAIR’s executive director Jaylani Hussein said in a statement.

The person responsible for firebombing the mosque  on Aug. 5 has still not been found. No one was injured when the bomb was tossed through a window, causing extensive damage to an office.

The FBI is investigating, and a $30,000 reward has been offered.

Earlier this week, mosque officials released surveillance video showing the interior of the mosque as the bomb detonated. The officials were  hoping to jump-start the investigation into the bombing.
